Games can be like a workout in disguise. Not a physical workout (none of our games are physically rigorous: no tackling drills or wind sprints) but a teamwork-workout. Our games are played in teams, and the challenges the teams must complete refine and heighten critical interpersonal functions like:

  1. Communication

  2. Collaboration

  3. Time management

  4. Leadership

  5. Lateral thinking

  6. Calculated Risk-Taking

  7. Persuasion

  8. Bold Action

WHERE WE PLAY

CORPORATE VALUE

WHAT YOU GET

We read the news. Businesses are making difficult decisions right now and no one knows what the future holds (if you do, please contact us). There are some who would say team building is like ice cream: of course it's appealing, but it's usually wisest to skip it. We suggest, however, that our games are actually like vitamins: the way we play makes your group stronger, more fit, and boosts all your daily recommended doses of brainpower, productivity, creativity and morale. Our games bring people together, break down communication barriers, and illuminate undiscovered value and talent in every team member while still being really fun.

WHAT WE DO

The Wise Guys live for what neuroscientists call "The Aha Moment": the feeling you get when you fill in a clue in a crossword or snap a puzzle piece into place; the "light" in "enlightenment" and "delightful." We foster these "Aha Moments" by providing the tools for discovery: discovering your city's little-known treasures, your co-worker's hidden talents, unknown uses for your new product, or just discovering anew the pleasure of spending time with your co-workers outside the office.

How many Power Point presentations do you really remember a month, or even a week, after you saw it? Our games are vital, tactile, and inherently “sticky” learning experiences. It's proven that heightened emotion causes stronger memory bonds to form, and the thrill and delight of playing our game is a great opportunity to get an idea, a value, a lesson, lodged permanently in your memory.

WELCOME

Bottom line: play as a discovery tool gets everyone actively involved, and the after-effects are real, constructive, and long-lasting.
